Adrienne has worked on behalf of clients at the Tennessee Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence Immigrant Legal Clinic and Rose Immigration Law Firm in Nashville, Tennessee.

Her volunteer experience includes work with Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Nashville Bar Association Pro Bono Program and Nashville Public Library.

Alvaro Manrique Barrenechea

A native of Peru, Alvaro maintains his citizenship but is a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States. He attended Universidad de Lima, and then went on to become an attorney in Peru where he worked for the Lima Chamber of Commerce. He is the dean of the Tennessee Justice for Our Neighbors languages institute.

Andrew received a B.S. in Political Science from Kennesaw State University and a law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He serves on the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s Federal Court Litigation Steering Committee and previously chaired the Legal Advisory Board of Dignidad Obrera (Workers Dignity). Andrew has served as Tennessee referral counsel to the Government of Mexico, Immigration Equality, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
